Topshop has been the talk of the town ever since the first store in Brisbane opened a few months back and I always find myself wandering in there whenever I stop into the city. Put all of that together with a DJ, beverages, popcorn and a whopping 20% off and you have yourself an unbeatable combination. Pictured above are fellow QLD bloggers Katie (Steal The Spotlight) and Maddie (Maddie's Lifestyle) who I attended the event with and turned it into a mini Youtubers get together and grabbed a few bargains.

To this event I wore a black skater dress from Dotti with a white and gold accent belt from ShowPo. I paired it with a patent leather chic purse and pointed black heels with gold toe accents. For over the top I brought my Chanel inspired tweed coat.
My highlight of the night was when I finally found the dream pencil skirt I have been after for a while. It's much longer than my usual bandage skirts which makes it work appropriate and great for the cooler weather coming up. The best part about it was that it came down to $35.20, such a steal for an amazing quality basic that you are able to mix and match with in so many ways.
I had a fantastic night and I think that it was a well planned event for students that saw much success so I would love to attend more of these in the future.

I cannot belieeeeeve I haven't been there yet! But it looks like my kinda place. Love me a bit of Topshop. Feels a bit weird to have it in Brisbane to be honest!!
