The three eyeshadow shades are categorized as base, crease and liner. A shimmery champagne nude, a shimmery pink toned brown and a warm matte brown. The combination of these colours results in a glam neutral eye look minus the tired looking under eyes.
The concealer shade is in 02 medium so if you're quite light skinned then this may be too dark for undereye concealing and perhaps more appropriate for covering acne or pigmentation. Perhaps if you are extremely fair then it could be used for subtle shading.
One of my favourite parts of this kit is that it comes with a couple of brushes and they aren't the useless kind that you immediately throw out. Included are two great quality brushes; one being a flat concealer brush and the other being a two-sided eyeshadow brush for contouring and lining. Meaning that you require nothing but this palette (and maybe a mascara) to complete an entire eye look from start to finish.

All that's missing is a generous coat of They're Real Mascara (which you probably own anyway) and your look is complete.
This kit retails for $59 from Benefit counters in Myer and David Jones. I think this is quite a reasonable price considering you receive four products as part of the palette; making them under $15 each.
Ultimately I would recommend this kit as an all-inclusive palette that's perfect for on-the-go. You can touch up your entire eye look with this one compact kit that fits perfect in a purse makeup bag. Benefit always have extremely high quality products so you're undoubtedly using a great concealer and perfectly selected eyeshadow shades.
