OCTOBER FAVOURITES

As we come to the end of October (hello Halloween), I'm going to share with you a selection of products that I have been loving this month. For these to make it into my monthly favourites they were used on pretty much a daily basis, making them all products that I would definitely recommend. Keep reading to hear more about all of these incredible makeup and skincare items.

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair*
This is a product that I plan on writing a whole review on very soon but I will quickly go into a couple of it's benefits. I apply this morning and night after cleansing my skin as a serum, and underneath anything else if I use other products. It's pretty much a miracle serum that aims to dramatically improve the appearance of your skin whether your issue be pigmentation, uneven skin tone, dry skin, rough patches etc. I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin since using this product and would definitely recommend it to all skin types.

Dior Addict Fluid Stick*
The Dior Addict Fluid Stick's are the best hybrid between lipgloss and lipstick that I have seen yet, so much so that I would call this product revolutionary. It provides intense colour pigmentation deeper than half of the lipsticks I own but is finished with a stunning shine as if you had applied both a lipstick and a gloss. You can read the whole review that I wrote on this product here.

NARS Nico Blush*
NARS Nico is a light sand toned nude with a silver and pink duo chrome sparkle throughout. Duo to it being such a light sand shade it nearly has a bit of a highlighting result rather than blushing look. As a blush, it's purpose is tailored specifically for cheeks but it is surprisingly also a fantastic eyeshadow as a base for the lid or brow bone highlight. If you're skin tone is quite dark then this is an amazing illuminator or highlighter to bring light to your cheekbones or if you're quite pale then it acts as a very subtle bronzer and brings some radiance to the skin. BOE Professional Setting Powder*
BOE Beauty have recently ventured into an exciting new journey in the form of a professional range with the same ideal of quality for money. I am a massive fan of transparent setting powders so I was excited to see one in this new collection. They are the perfect way of finishing your makeup look so that it stays put it all day without over-caking your face. The benefit of this product being transparent is that it is a universal shade that suits all skin tones and mattifies your skin without adding any extra coverage, perfect for natural looks. You can read about this whole range of products here.

Essence Match 2 Cover Concealer
As we all know, Essence is an extremely affordable brand. So I was surprised when I found such an incredible quality face product from them but am definitely not complaining and this double concealer costs less than $5.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation
I decided to take the plunge and finally try out the Estee Lauder Double Wear after hearing so much hype surrounding it. I started off with a small sample and at first didn't like it because it was so different to anything I have tried but it quickly grew on me. The coverage of this foundation is truly amazing to the point where most days I don't even require concealer as it covers everything perfectly on it's own. Read my whole review here.
