Here on my blog, often I spend so much time behind the lens so I wanted to post something more personal and bring you all into my life a little bit more. I have also been wanting to incorporate a lifestyle aspect into JBS and I thought what better way than sharing my life with you all. So let me fill you in on what I got up to this week!

I have the pleasure of working with Benefit here on JBS and was so excited to receive this in the mail, it's such an amazing Christmas present I just had to share.
I had such an incredible time at the Beginning Boutique event held at their HQ, complete with a lolly bar. Pictured above is the gorgeous Skye from BB14, Amber from Amber Fashion Avenue and Kate from Pretty Dresses in the Laundry. My top is from Temt, Skirt from Melrose and my purse is the Louis Vuitton Speedy 30.
It's such an honour to see my "Jordy" nail polish in Big W, I take a photo every time I walk past a BOE counter.
Louenhide put on a lovely fashion show at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre which was a fantastic event. My dress is from Forever 21 and shoes are from Betts.
I had lunch at The Ship Inn at Southbank and I could not resist snapping this photo of the most delicious meal. Broccolini, carrot, zucchini and red onion on a bed of mashed potatoes, topped with fresh salad and encased in a pastry basket. I met with one of my best Journalist friends and it was great to chat about work, life and what's in store for the new year.

Lulu and lipstick held an amazing Christmas party where I spent a lot of time swatching and testing loads of products at a makeup table they had set up. I even picked up some amazing Lime Crime goodies which you will see at a later date.
I posted this image to my instagram to promote the message of sun safety this Summer. It's so important to ensure you keep your face and body protected from the suns harmful rays this season. Be sure to stock up on your mists, lipbalms and face sunscreens from Sun Sense and have a safe Summer.
