Rosamund Pike
What an absolute babe in this geometric gown that's edgy on the top and classic on the bottom. The pleated white looks fresh and crisp, perfectly complimenting her natural blonde bob and warm makeup. I love how simple she has done with her makeup; a matte base, bronzed blush and fresh highlight. The nude lip works with her skin tone beautifully and the eyes have been left quite bare with a tiny bit of smoked out liner.
Emily Blunt
This is more of a classic take on Rosamund's dress. It's still edgy and geometric due to it's cut outs and criss cross upper portion. My favourite part of this dress is the synched in waist that gives a beautiful hourglass figure. Emily has gone quite neutral with her makeup with a spiced nude on the lips, plain base and a slight brown eyeshadow. She has decided to focus on her brows, filling them in quite dramatically to make a bold statement.
Lana Del Rey
This dress is classic LDR choice in dresses; a vibrant colour, interesting fabric and an edgy low cut neckline. The beautiful emerald green material reflects the light and also has a beautiful pleating to it making for a very unique and eye catching dress. In typical Lana fahion she has gone with large teased hair, a nude lip and sleepy glamour eyes.
Amy Adams
The beautiful gumental silver compliments her strawberry blonde hair so beautifully. The one shouldered top with pleating is classic and very complimentary to Amy's body shape. It's brought back in at the waist with further pleating for a classic look. She has gone natural with the makeup just like the first three looks wearing a nude lip, bare lids other than some shading and classic brows.
All four celebrities chose floor length gowns, minimal accessories and natural makeup so the focus was on the dress. Overall, no-one went too crazy or adventured too much this Golden Globe Awards but so many beautiful classic looks were showcased on the red carpet and I have enjoyed sharing my favourites with you.
