My skin has been feeling great lately and I think it is due to switching up my night time routine with all of these new products.
Sometimes our skin gets stuck in a rut and needs a bit of variation to get back those results you initially had with that skincare routine. Just like with hair, I always find it really important to change up my shampoos and conditioners because after a while they aren't as effective as they used to be.
Also with it being Mercedez Benz Fashion Festival in Brisbane this week, my new sleep set will speak true at the end of this week but hopefully my night time routine keeps my skin hydrated and clear.
The Bioderma Hydrabio cleansing water is so efficient at removing all of your make-up and leaving your cleanser for purely washing your face rather than trying to break through thick foundation.
The Bioderma Hydrabio serum lightly hydrates and leaves the skin fresh. I often like to use this in combination with a heavier moisturiser because my skin is quite dry. My favourites include Rose Hip Oil and the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair.
I try and apply an eye cream as much as I remember so the Indeed Labs Eysilix is an easy and simple option. It hydrates for short term benefits and also includes active ingredients for long term repair of the eye area.
The old favourite that I include in every routine is definitely the NUXE Rieve de Miel lip balm for soft and supple lips. This is the perfect night time treatment because of it's thick consistency that stays on all night, working to hydrate and replenish the lips.
Little extras I have recently made part of my routine include the Dirty Works Hand Cream because I have recently become aware of how important it is to keep your hands hydrated! Aging really does start at the hands. I also love adding some Cedel Conditioning Foam to my hair for light hydration and keeping my locks easy to manage.
The best thing about this routine is that all of the products are quite affordable options and available from the drugstore. Six products may seem like a lot to some or not many to others but this particular combination seems just right for me and I wanted to share it with you.
