MY FAVE HIGH END BRONZER AND HIGHLIGHTER DUO

With Spring in full swing I am getting on top of my bronzer and highlighter game, trying out a heap of new products. But what it has made me realise more than anything is how nothing quite beats my all-time favourite combo.

So that we can all have perfectly bronzed and glowy skin, here is my secret duo for achieving a natural look this Spring and Summer. 

MAC Mineralized Skin Finish ($47)
This is an absolute cult classic product and has become a staple for most makeup artists and highlighter junkies alike. Purchase this once and you will get a lifetime of use out of it - well not quite a lifetime but a little does go a long way and after years of using this product I still have the original pan that I purchased. The particular shade "soft and gentle" provides a stunning candlelit glow that is natural enough to look like glowy healthy skin but still intense enough to be eye catching. The perfect everyday option and a beautiful colour on all skin tones. I love adding this product over the top of the bronzer because I can bring it down from the cheek bones a little bit and on top of the bronzer to mix in the middle, creating a natural glowy blush.

Chanel Soleil De Tan ($75.95)
While the cream version of this product is obsessed over, my personal favourite is the powder formulation. Versatility is a must with bronzer so I love how buildable the coverage is; providing a sheer coverage for sculpting or high pigmentation for intense contouring. I prefer using this after I have set my foundation so that it seamlessly glides over my skin and doesn't become muddy at all.

There you have it - my go to duo for a bronzer/highlighter combination. Despite changing up my routine I always go back to these two products because I have found them to be the best.
