I have used Palmer's products for years, adoring the decadent chocolate scent of their moisturising products! So what have they done now to make me love them even more than before?
Introduce a coconut scent of course! If there is one thing I love just as much as chocolate then it is coconut and when the two of them join forces it is a match made in body care heaven. I am going to be running you through the four new products that are available within this range and my thoughts on them.
Coconut Oil Body Lotion
If you are looking for a general body lotion for everyday use then this product is perfect because it is effective but still lightweight. It isn't overly thick so you can rub it in easily but it is still nourishing and hydrates the skin effectively. This is a great basic and perfect introduction to the range to see if you like the scent and how the coconut oil works for your skin.
Coconut Oil Body Oil
This is something a lot different to the body lotion because it is in fact a straight oil. These are great for any problem areas you want to target such as stretch marks or overly dry patches. I love how lightweight this feels on your skin and am shocked at how quickly it absorbs into the skin, leaving a hydrated feeling that isn't oily. Definitely one to watch if you enjoy body oils, especially because I find that this product smells the best out of all the four.
This is definitely going straight to my desk at work because a good hand cream can never go astray especially one infused with gorgeous coconut oil. It is definitely more on the heavy side of hand creams in the way that it is really rich and hydrating but still great for daily use. This one also has a gorgeous dessert scent that leaves me smelling my hands all day.
Coconut Oil Body Butter
Now this is a heavy duty full strength body butter that is so thick you could almost cut it with a knife. This is for those times when you want intense hydration so it is particularly great if you have really dry skin. This one will leave you will silky smooth skin that you won't be able to stop touching.
These products are available from all Palmer's stocklists including Target, Kmart, Big W, Priceline and chemists. If you are on the market for some new body care or simply want to see what the fuss is about this new scent then definitely try out some products. I would recommend either the oil or the butter to start out with as they are the most luxe.
