For a lot of people, the gym is itself a fun way to stay in shape. If you feel that this is true for you, then you should look into what classes your local gym might have. You might end up taking up something that you would have never even considered. This is great, because it broadens your horizons and also ensures that you are using your body in new and interesting ways, which is important for staying toned and feeling fit and healthy.
